    Module split

    Half of the modules will go for correlation to Haystack, the other half to Bonn. The split is made by the recorded band:

    Haystack Lower half: 5-7 GHz (or 4-6 GHz)
    Bonn Upper half: 7-9 GHz (or 6-8 GHz)

    Don says that it's okay to put both "99 Millstone Rd" and "Off Route 40" in the address.  The Millstone Rd address is new and may not be in older GPS systems, while the Route 40 address has historically been used for deliveries to Haystack.
